Colleen Kerr has held many key roles with the City of Surrey and is presently the Manager, Community Safety Stakeholder Engagement with the City. With over 30 years experience in crime reduction / community development & public safety, Colleen also received her Masters degree in the area of Criminal Justice (with honours) and also teaches part time at the University and College levels.
