Rayane Zahal is a doctoral student in industrial and organization psychology at the Université de Montréal. Her thesis focuses on the inclusion of marginalized minorities within organizations. She has several experiences as a workshop facilitator, speaker, and project manager. Her aspiration is to create a more inclusive society where empathy is brought to the fore by putting her clinical training and research experience to use.
